摘要 目的探究在临床护理带教中实施以问题为导向(PBL)的教学方法的效果。方法在该院实习护生中随机选取2017年10月—2019年7月收治的122名进行研究,分为对照组、观察组各61名,对照组实行常规带教模式,观察组在此基础上实行PBL带教模式,比较两组实习生带教效果。结果两组实践与理论得分相比,观察组分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组教学满意度评分相比,观察组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习生对自我能力进行评估,观察组能力高实习生占比远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护生的综合能力评分相比,观察组均显著提升,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组兴趣高与兴趣中等的护生占比显著提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组使用互联网平台的熟练度相比,观察组较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理带教中给予实习生PBL教学法,能快速提升教学质量与实习生理论、实践成绩,提高实习生学习及思维能力,提升护生的兴趣、使用互联网平台的熟练度,同时提高护生的综合能力,建议临床推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect of implementing problem-oriented(PBL)teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 122 nursing students in the hospital were randomly selected for the study from October 2017 to July 2019,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 61 students each.The control group implemented the routine teaching mode,and the observation group implemented the PBL teaching mode on this basis.Compared the teaching effect of the two groups of interns.Results Compared with the theoretical scores of the two groups,the observed component values were comared and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of teaching satisfaction scores were higher,and the observation group scores were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of interns evaluated their self-ability,the proportion of high-ability interns in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the comprehensive ability scores of the two groups of nursing students,the observation group was significantly improved,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of nursing students with high interest and medium interest in the observation group increased significantly,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups'proficiency in using the Internet platform,the observation group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method for interns in clinical nursing teaching can quickly improve teaching quality and interns'theoretical and practical performance,improve interns'learning and thinking ability,increase nursing students'interest and proficiency in using the internet platform,and at the same time improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students,which is recommended for clinical use.
