摘要
目的分析在口腔颌面部阻滞麻醉见习教学中运用仿真模型的效果。方法选择2019年10月—2021年3月58名口腔医学专业学生展开研究,通过随机数字表法分组,常规组共选入29名学生开展传统讲授式教学,研究组共选入29名学生采用仿真模型教学。对比两组考核成绩、教学认可度及麻醉操作标准程度。结果研究组学生考核成绩优良率为93.10%,明显高于常规组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生麻醉体位、进针标志、麻醉剂量、进针深度、进针方向评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组学生的认可度,研究组认为见习方法可提高学习效率、激发学习兴趣、巩固局麻理论知识以及提高颌面部阻滞麻醉掌握度的学生人数均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔颌面部阻滞麻醉见习教学中运用仿真模型能有效提升学生考核成绩,在提高学生学习效率、激发学习兴趣、巩固局麻理论知识、提高麻醉操作技能等方面效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of using simulation model in oral and maxillofacial block anesthesia training.Methods 58 students majoring in stomatology were selected to conduct the research from October 2019 to March 2021,they were grouped by random number table method.A total of 29 students from the conventional group were selected to carry out traditional teaching-style teaching,and the study group was selected in total 29 students used simulation models to teach.Compared the two groups'assessment results,teaching recognition and anesthesia operation standard level.Results The scores of the students in the study group were 93.10%,which was significantly higher than 72.41%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students in the study group had higher scores on anesthesia position,needle insertion signs,anesthesia dose,needle insertion depth,and needle insertion direction than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared the recognition of the two groups of students,the study group believes that the probation method can improve learning efficiency,stimulate learning interest,consolidate the theoretical knowledge of local anesthesia,and improve the mastery of maxillofacial block anesthesia,the number of students was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of simulation model in oral and maxillofacial block anesthesia probation teaching can effectively improve students'assessment results,and has significant effects in improving students'learning efficiency,stimulating learning interest,consolidating the theoretical knowledge of local anesthesia,and improving anesthesia operation skills.
