价值工程理论在季冻区混凝土配合比优化设计中的应用

摘要 通过价值工程理论的方法,以最低成本进行混凝土配合比优化设计,以试验数据的客观权重为基础,在试验基础上分析了季冻区混凝土的各项性能,结合主观权重确定综合功能权重,确定了功能系数,再对各试验材料进行成本分析,最终利用价值公式进行价值分析。从优化分析结果可以看出,单掺微珠掺量为20%时,试件的价值指数均超过了1,且价值系数值都比1.01791大,表明其功能指数比重明显大于成本比重,此时可获得最高价值。 The optimal design of concrete mix proportion is carried out at the lowest cost through the method of value engineering theory.Based on the objective weight of test data,various properties of concrete in seasonal frozen area are analyzed on the basis of test.In combination with the subjective weight,the comprehensive functional weight is determined,the functional coefficient is determined,and then the cost of each test material is analyzed.Finally,the value formula is used to perform the value analysis.From the optimization analysis results,it can be seen that,when the content of single mixing micro beads is 20%,the value index of the specimen is over one,and the value coefficient is greater than 1.01791,indicating that the proportion of functional index is significantly greater than that of cost,and the highest value can be obtained at this time.
