矿用带式输送机多电机智能控制系统的设计与应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 以煤矿工程实践中使用比较多的DTL120/200/3×630型带式输送机为研究对象,对设备整体情况进行了简要介绍,分析了当前控制系统存在的问题,主要是3台电机运行不协调。结合带式输送机实际情况设计研究了多电机协调控制系统,系统基于3台电机的平均电流值,对电机的运行情况进行控制,确保电机运行过程的协调性。系统还可以实现带式输送机的软启动和软制动,避免启动和制动过程对设备造成的冲击。将设计的协调控制系统应用到带式输送机工程实践中,经过实践测试,带式输送机整体运行稳定,为煤矿企业创造了良好的经济效益。 Take the DTL120/200/3×630 belt conveyor,which is frequently used in coal mine engineering practice,as the research object.First,the overall situation of the equipment was briefly introduced,and the existing problems of the current control system were analyzed,mainly due to the uncoordinated operation of the three motors.Combined with the actual situation of the belt conveyor,the multi-motor coordinated control system was designed and studied.Based on the average current value of the three motors,the system controls the operation of the three motors to ensure the coordination of the operation process of the three motors.The system can also realize the"soft start"and"soft brake"of the belt conveyor to avoid the impact on the equipment caused by the starting and braking process.The designed coordinated control system was applied to the engineering practice of the belt conveyor.After practical tests,it was found that all functions can be realized and the overall operation is stable,which has created good economic benefits for coal mine enterprises.
