2019年天津市某区碘缺乏病监测结果分析 被引量:2

Analaysis of monitoring results of iodine deficiency disease in a District of Tianjin in 2019

摘要 目的了解天津市某区小学生和孕妇碘营养水平现状及居民碘盐使用情况,为制订相应的防治干预措施提供科学依据。方法在天津市某区按东、南、西、北、中划分为5个区域,每个区域按照随机抽样的方法抽取1个监测街道,从每个监测街道随机抽取1所小学,在每所小学8~10岁年龄段的非寄宿学生中随机抽取40名作为研究样本,每个监测街道各抽取20名孕妇作为研究样本,采集其家中食用盐样和尿样。采用直接滴定法测定食盐碘含量,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘含量,通过B超检查测量200名小学生甲状腺容积来判断甲状腺肿大情况。结果全区共采集重点人群家庭食用盐300份,碘盐覆盖率为97.0%,碘盐合格率为50.9%,合格碘盐食用率为49.3%;儿童尿碘中位数为179.30μg/L,甲状腺肿大率为4.5%;孕妇尿碘中位数为156.72μg/L。结论该区合格碘盐食用率未达到国家相关标准,且部分孕妇仍处于碘缺乏状况,但总体的儿童和孕妇的碘营养水平处于适宜范围。 Objective To understand the iodine nutrition level of primary school students and pregnant women in a District of Tianjin and the use of iodized salt by residents,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating corresponding prevention and intervention measures. Methods A certain District in Tianjin was divided into five sampling areas according to the east,west,south,north and middle,one monitored street was selected from each sampling area according to the method of random sampling,one primary school was randomly selected from each monitored street. Salt from home and urine samples were collected from forty non-boarding aged 8-10 students that randomly selected from primary school and 20 pregnant women that selected from the monitored street. Direct titration was used to determine Iodized salt content,arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry was used to determine urinary iodine content,and the thyroid volume of200 primary school students was measured by B-ultrasound to judge the goiter. Results Three hundreds salt samples from key populations were collected in the District. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 97.0%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 50.9%,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 49.3%. The median urinary iodine of children was 179.30 μg/L,and the goiter rate was 4.5%. The median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 156.72 μg/L.. Conclusion The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in this area did not meet the relevant national standards,and some pregnant women were still in iodine deficiency,but the overall iodine nutrition level of children and pregnant women was in an appropriate range.
