摘要
传统的机场道面工程质量验收办法利用传统水准仪等仪器进行测量,检测效率及频率较低,夜间检测难;在国家倡导智能建造的大背景下,北海机场站坪扩建项目应用三维激光扫描技术,快、准、多、全天候地获取到不同结构层顶面的高程实测数据,在实测高程数据的基础上计算获得道面验收项目结构层厚度、相邻板高差信息,将检测频率提升至100%,大大缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率。充分论证了三维激光扫描技术在机场道面工程质量验收中的适用性,为今后同类型项目的深度应用提供了参考。
The traditional airport pavement quality acceptance uses the traditional level and other instruments to measure,which detection efficiency and frequency are low,and it is difficult to detect at night.In the background of the national advocacy of intelligent building,Beihai Airport Apron Expansion Project uses 3D laser scanning technology to obtain the measured elevation data of the different pavement structure layers with efficiency and accuracy,and the height data are further fitted to obtain the thickness of the structure layer and the elevation difference between adjacent plates,which increases the detection frequency to 100%,significantly shortens the detection time and improves detection efficiency.The applicability of 3D laser scanning technology on airport pavement engineering quality acceptance is fully demonstrated,which provides a reference for the further application of similar projects in the future.
