摘要
2000国家大地坐标由2000国家GPS大地网在历元2000.0的点位坐标和速度具体实现,其实质是使CGCS 2000框架与ITRF97在2000.0参考历元相一致。原国家测绘地理信息局规定从2008年7月1日起全面使用2000国家大地坐标系,届时将停止提供非2000国家大地坐标系下的测绘成果,因此,获得2000国家大地坐标系下的测绘成果尤为必要。本文利用IGS站数据与测区数据联合解算并进行框架转换和历元转换获得CGCS 2000坐标,该方法不依赖外部的CGCS 2000控制点,实现CGCS 2000坐标的获取,满足了1∶1000数字化测图精度要求。
The CGCS2000 is concretely implemented by the national GPS geodetic network 2000 at the point coordinate and speed of the epoch 2000.0,the essence of the implementation is to align the CGCS2000 framework with ITRF97 in the 2000.0 reference epoch.China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000 will be fully used starting from July 1,2008.National Administration of Surveying,Mapping and Geoinformation will stop providing surveying and mapping achievements in the non-CGCS2000.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to obtain the surveying and mapping achievements under the CGCS2000.The CGCS2000 coordinates are obtained by jointly solving the IGS station data and the survey area data and performing frame transformation and epoch transformation.This method does not rely on external CGCS2000 control points,realizes the acquisition of CGCS2000 coordinates,and meets the accuracy requirements of 1∶1000 scale digital mapping.
