摘要
无油螺杆压缩机结构简单、应用广泛,但噪声大是其主要的缺点之一。通过实验方法,分析了无油螺杆压缩机的噪声频谱特性,考察了排气压力、喷液量及转速等因素对噪声的影响。研究结果表明:1x、2x和4x是噪声的主要频率,相对于排气压力,喷液量及转速对噪声的影响较为显著。该研究能够为压缩机的降噪提供基础数据。
Oil-free screw compressor is widely used for its simple structure.But noise is one of its main disadvantages.In this paper,the noise frequency spectrum characteristics of oil-free screw compressor are analyzed by experimental method,and the effects of discharge pressure,coolant amount and speed on noise are investigated.The results show that the 1x,2x and 4x are the main frequencies of noise,and the influence of coolant amount and speed on noise is more significant than that of discharge pressure.This research can provide basic data for noise reduction of compressor.
