二氧化碳压缩机组高压缸梳齿密封系统改进

摘要 某合成氨尿素装置于2012年安装完成投入生产后,二氧化碳压缩机组高压缸轴承室放空带油,导致润滑油箱液位下降过快影响机组的连续运行;建立三维模型并通过CFD软件Flow simulation对梳齿密封系统工况进行分析提出改进理论依据,帮助工厂解决问题。 After an ammonia and urea plant was completed installation and started production in year 2012,the CO_(2) compressor high pressure casing was venting with oil,which caused the oil level in tank dropped quickly and influenced the continous operation.In the paper,the three-dimensional model was established,the labyrinth seal working condition was analyzed by CFD software Flow simulation and the solutions to was pointed out help plants solve the problem.
