摘要
针对当前货车枕簧自由高度测量效率低、稳定性差等缺点,文章设计了一种基于线结构光的枕簧三维图像测量系统。该系统采用面阵相机与激光源组合动态采集被测枕簧表面线结构光图像,通过空间变换与图像处理完成枕簧点云数据的三维重建,实现枕簧自由高度快速精准测量。试验结果表明,该系统可以满足应用要求。
Regarding the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor stability in measuring the free height of freight car bolster spring,this paper designs a three-dimensional image measurement system of bolster spring based on line structured light.The system dynamically collects the line structured light image on the surface of the tested bolster spring with the combination of area array camera and laser source,completes the three-dimensional reconstruction of the bolster spring point cloud data through spatial transformation and image processing,and realizes rapid and accurate measurement of the free height of bolster springs.The test results show that the system can meet the application requirements.
