摘要
目的探究循证护理对乳腺癌改良根治术术后患者上肢功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年11月在康平县人民医院行乳腺癌改良根治术的60例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,以入院时间单双号对患者进行编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规护理措施,研究组采用循证护理,对比两组患者的术后上肢功能锻炼依从性及生活质量。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者术后上肢功能锻炼依从性明显较高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组生活质量评分明显较高(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术患者采用循证护理,能够提高患者术后上肢功能锻炼依从性与生活质量,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on upper limb exercise compliance and quality of life of patients after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 60 breast cancer patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Kangping People's Hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were numbered according to odd and even admission time,and randomly divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing measures,and patients in the research group received evidence-based nursing.The compliance and quality of life of postoperative upper limb functional exercise in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the compliance of upper limb functional exercise was significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can improve the compliance and quality of life of patients with upper limb functional exercise after modified radical mastectomy,which is worthy of clinical reference.
