含锌镉铝铁废水中金属的资源化分离回收工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以某铅冶炼企业实际产生的工业废水作为研究对象,其中Zn^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Al^(3+)、Fe^(3+)、Fe^(2+)的质量浓度分别约为17.5、3.1、12、0.026、0.5 g/L,采用降温结晶-化学沉淀-溶液萃取法的联合工艺对该废水进行处理。结果表明,经上述工艺处理后,废水中锌、镉、铝、铁的去除率分别为99.81%、98.48%、99.52%、99.89%,同时以硫酸锌、氢氧化镉、铵明矾、聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)的形式回收了这些金属,实现了资源的再利用,处理后的废水主要成分为硫酸铵,金属离子浓度符合回用标准,可处理后进行回用。 The industrial wastewater produced by a local enterprise was taken as the research object,in which the concentrations of Zn^(2+),Cd^(2+),Al^(3+),Fe^(3+)and Fe^(2+)were about 17.5,3.1,12,0.026 and 0.5 g/L respectively.The wastewater was treated by the combined process of cooling crystallization-chemical precipitation-solution extraction.The results showed that after the above process treatment,the removal rates of Zn,Cd,Al,and Fe in the wastewater were 99.81%,98.48%,99.52%and 99.89%,respectively,and these metals were recovered in the form of zinc sulfate,cadmium hydroxide,ammonium alum,and PAFS,realizing the reuse of resources.The main component of the treated wastewater was ammonium sulfate,and the concentration of metal ions met the reuse standard and could be reused after treatment.
