摘要
未来能源将会朝着清洁化、智慧化、去中心化、综合化方向发展,能源利用形式将会呈现冷、热、电、气能源在供应、传输、消费和转化环节的综合优化利用趋势。当前综合能源的建设与运行仍以多种新能源简单集成为主,由于可再生能源的随机波动性、综合能源控制的复杂性,传统控制系统难以发挥综合能源的潜力及优势,需进一步增强异质能源的互补性和可替代性,解决多能源耦合转化效率低、造价高的难题。本文提出一种基于边缘计算的小型DCS系统,采用小型化、可插拔的模块化设计,具备传统DCS系统全部功能的同时,增加了人工智能边缘计算模块功能,在传统工业设备的协调控制功能的基础上,利用边缘智能,提升综合能源智能化水平,大幅提高了能源利用效率,具有较好的应用前景。
In the future,energy will develop in the direction of cleanness,intelligence,decentralization and integration.The form of energy utilization will show the trend of comprehensive and optimal utilization of cold,heat,electricity and gas energy in the links of supply,transmission,consumption and transformation.At present,the construction and operation of comprehensive energy still focus on the simple integration of a variety of new energy.Due to the random f luctuation of renewable energ y and the complexity of comprehensive energy control,the traditional control system is diff icult to give full play to the potential and advantages of comprehensive energy.It is necessary to further enhance the complementarity and substitutability of heterogeneous energy and solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost of multienergy coupling conversion.This paper proposes a small DCS system based on edge computing,which adopts a miniaturized and pluggable modular design.When it has all the functions of the traditional DCS system,it adds the function of artif icial intelligence edge computing module.On the basis of having the coordinated control function of traditional industrial equipment,it makes use of edge intelligence,improves the level of comprehensive energy intelligence,and greatly improves the energy utilization eff iciency.It has a good application prospect.
