摘要
目的观察针刺联合等长收缩后放松肌肉能量技术(MET)治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果及对心理的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2020年6月我院收治的周围性面瘫60例,据治疗方法的不同均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用等长收缩后放松MET治疗。比较2组治疗前及治疗14、28 d Portmann积分、House-Brackmann(H-B)分级评分、表面肌电图患侧表情肌M波波幅、痊愈时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗14、28 d,观察组Portmann积分、H-B分级评分、SAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14、28 d,2组患侧表情肌M波波幅均高于治疗前,且观察组患侧表情肌M波波幅均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均痊愈时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合等长收缩后放松MET治疗周围性面瘫效果显著,能缩短病程,恢复患者面部肌肉正常运动功能,有效缓解患者焦虑心理。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with muscle energy technology(MET)of post isometric relaxation(PIR)in treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis and its effect on psychology.Methods Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated between December 2017 and June 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to different therapeutic methods.Control group was treated with acupuncture,while observation group was treated with MET of PIR on the basis of treatment for control group.Portmann scores,House-Brackmann(H-B)classification score,M-wave amplitude of facial muscles on the affected side of surface electromyography,recovery time,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment for 14 and 28 d were compared between two groups.Results After treatment for 14 and 28 d,Portmann scores,H-B classification score and SAS score in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 14 and 28 d,values of M-wave amplitude of facial muscle of the affected side were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups,and the value in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);compared with those in control group,average recovery time was significantly shorter,while the total effective rate was significantly higher in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with MET of PIR is effective in treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis,which may shorten the course of disease,recover the normal motor function of facial muscles and effectively alleviate psychological anxiety of patients.
