摘要
近年来,对个人破产制度的建立越来越受到人们的关注。本文通过对浙江温州、台州、丽水以及广东深圳等地对个人债务集中清理的实践观察,分析当前社会背景下在诚信、征信、财产登记制度等方面存在的问题,提出审慎前行,建立完善自然人信用制度、个人财产登记制度、专业管理机构等机制,积极稳妥地建立符合中国历史文化特色、结合现实问题解决的个人破产制度。
In recent years,the establishment of the personal bankruptcy system has attracted more and more attention.This article through to Wenzhou,Taizhou,Lishui in Zhejiang province and Shenzhen in Guangdong province and other places of personal debt clean up the practice of observation,analysis of the current social background in terms of sincerity,credit,property registration system existing problems,and puts forward prudent,establishing perfect credit system,personal property registration system of natural person,specialized management institutions such as mechanism,we should actively and steadily establish a personal bankruptcy system that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese history and culture and solves practical problems.
