摘要
传统的电网检修计划较多关注停电对电网安全运行的影响,基本不考虑经济性,因而导致较多的售电量及电费损失。为改善这一状况,提出一种电网检修计划经济性优化方法。该方法包括基于断开点的拓扑分析,用以识别对用户停电的设备;基于神经网络的电力电量预测算法,预测停电造成的短期损失负荷及电量;约束条件及检修承载力建模方法;基于约束条件及承载力的检修计划经济优化智能编排方法,最终使得损失电力电量最小。该方法在国网重庆北碚供电分公司投入应用,有效减少了电量电费损失,证明了其有效性。
Traditional power grid repair plan caresmore about theimpact of power outages on the safe operation of the power grid,and basically does not consider economics,which leads to more electricity sales and electricity cost losses.To improve the situation,a method of economy optimization for Power grid repair plan is proposed.The method includes topology analysis based on disconnection point to identify the equipment that cuts off power to users.The short-term loss load and electricity caused by power failure are predicted by the power and electricity prediction algorithm based on neural network.Constraint conditions and maintenance bearing capacity modeling method are used in the method.The intelligent scheduling method of economic optimization of maintenance plan based on constraints and bearing capacity finally minimizes the loss of power.This method has been applied in Chongqing Beibei power supply branch of State Grid,which has effectively reduced the loss of electricity charge and proved its effectiveness.
