摘要 为了实现相应模拟量的控制要求,并进一步提高模拟量控制变频器的精度,提出将模拟量输入到PLC内部,利用PLC进行精准公式计算,再将计算的结果通过Modbus通信的方式直接导入到变频器内部以实现精准调速。为了实现复杂工程中多重数据集的输入和运行,以及多台电机之间的精准配比调速,提出通过组态MCGS触摸屏和指针运算的方式来实现多重数据集到PLC内部的输入和具体工作流程的展示;并利用上一个MBUS_MSG指令的完成标志位,来启动下一个MBUS_MSG指令的方式,解决了调用指令冲突的问题,实现了一台PLC和多台变频器之间的通信功能,使指令运行的延迟时间由1个运行周期变为2条相邻指令的间隔,达到了用时最短、效率最高的效果。最后通过实物运行的方式,证明了所提出的框架和构思的可行性,可以满足工业实时性、准确性的要求。 In order to achieve the control requirements of the corresponding analog quantity and further improve the accuracy of the analog control inverter,the analog quantity was input into the PLC,and the precise formula calculation was carried out by using PLC,and then the calculation results were directly imported into the inverter through Modbus communication to realize accurate speed regulation.In order to realize the input and operation of multiple data sets in complex engineering,as well as the precise ratio and speed regulation of multiple motors,this paper proposed to realize the input of multiple data sets into PLC and display the specific workflow by configuring MCGS touch screen and pointer operation,and using the completion bit of the previous MBUS_MSG instruction to start the next MBUS_MSG solveing the problem of calling instruction conflict realizing the communication function between one PLC and several frequency converters,and changed the delay time of instruction operation from one operation cycle to the interval of two adjacent instructions,achieving the effect of the shortest time and the highest efficiency.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed framework and idea was proved by the way of physical operation,which can meet the requirements of real-time and accuracy of industry.
