摘要
探索一种新型的实验项目开发模式,将淘汰的废旧竞赛小车经过改造,引入到实验教学中。设计一个遥控移动小车实验装置,该系统下位机硬件主要包括基于ARM的STM32最小系统模块、电源模块、电机驱动模块、舵机与测速模块、红外遥控器与接收模块、无线串口通讯模块、电池电压检测模块以及其他辅助电路等。上位机监控软件主要具备遥控功能与PID参数调试功能。该实验系统具备综合性和设计研究性,适合作为自动化相关专业的实验教学。
In order to explore a new development model of experimental project,the obsolete model car of competition is reformed and developed,and introduced into the experiment teaching.A remote control mobile car experimental system is designed.This hardware system is consisted of the minimum system module of micro controller with ARM-based STM32F103,power module,motor drive module,steering gear and velocity measurement module,infrared remote controller and receiving module,wireless serial communication module,voltage detection module,and other auxiliary circuits.The monitoring software of upper computer is designed,and it has remote control function and PID parameter debugging function.The experimental system has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,design and research,and it is suitable for experimental teaching of students majoring in automation-related majors.
