摘要
儿科急诊急救体系是医疗保障体系和公共管理的重要组成部分。作者以河南省儿童医院为例,探讨当前儿科急诊急救管理中存在的问题,提出“五统一”的高效应急联动机制,建立包括院前急救转运、院内急诊急救、急诊留观、急诊综合病房、重症监护“五位一体”的儿科急诊急救体系,通过分析该体系建立以来的精细化管理相关指标,发现其在提升医院急危重症救治能力方面发挥了积极作用,助推国家儿童区域医疗中心建设的成效凸显,并提出下一步工作思考。
The pediatric emergency first aid system is an important part of the medical security system and public management.The author takes the Henan Children’s Hospital as an example to discuss the current problems in the management of pediatric emergency emergency care,and proposes a‘five unification’efficient emergency response linkage mechanism.The pediatric emergency first aid system of‘five-sphere integrated plan’for intensive care.By analyzing the indicators related to the refined management of the system since its establishment,we found that it has played a positive role in improving the hospital's ability to treat emergency and critical illnesses,and has contributed to the construction of the national children's regional medical center,and put forward the next step of work.
