摘要
准确的战略选择和实施是新建医院成功的关键。笔者以新建医院为研究对象,通过SWOT-PEST整合模型,提出新建医院应采取双轮驱动战略、品牌战略、发展型战略和差异化战略等战略策划工具,为新建医院的战略制定提供参考依据。
It’s necessary for newly-built hospitals to make absolutely right choices in regard to its success. The paper takes the newly-built hospitals as the research object and the SWOT-PEST integration model is used to analyze the development environment of newly-built hospitals. The paper suggests that the newly-built hospital should adopt the two-wheel driven strategy, brand strategy, development strategy and differentiation strategy for the application of the strategy management.
