摘要
本文研究复合氧化石墨烯与纳米银于金电极表面,制备得到了抗干扰能力强的葡萄糖生物传感器,并系统性研究了其在无酶条件下的葡萄糖检测性能。在最优条件下(25℃、pH=7.00、纳米银与氧化石墨烯体积比=7∶1),该传感器表现出良好的浓度-电流线性相关性(R^(2)分别为0.995,0.998,0.993),检出限为5.31×10^(-11) g·mL^(-1)。该生物传感器制备简单、成本较低,检测灵敏度高,对多种分子具有较好的抗干扰能力,有望应用于复杂体液环境中葡萄糖的快速、精准、选择性检测。
In this study,graphene oxide(GO)and nano-silver were composited onto gold electrode to fabricate a glucose biosensor with high anti-jamming ability.Systematic experiments were conducted to study the enzyme-free glucose detection ability.In optimized detection condition(at 25℃,pH=7.0 with a volume ratio of nano-silver and GO of 7∶1),the proposed biosensor could provide good concentration based current linear relationship(with R^(2) of 0.995,0.998,0.993,respectively)and a lower detection limit of 5.31×10^(-11) g·mL^(-1).The proposed biosensor could be easily fabricated at low cost and could present high detection sensitivity with good anti-jamming ability towards multi-molecules.The novel enzyme-free glucose biosensor might further be utilized in fast,accurate and selective detection of glucose from complex blood floods.
