摘要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,使得折展机构在航空航天、工业和日常生活等领域的应用与需求变得越来越复杂和多样。文中针对折叠后占地空间小、折展的灵活性提出了一种圆形折展机构,圆形折展机构设计源于花朵的整体构造与绽放过程,具有折叠和展开的能力。运用的内外层设计,可以将一些控制元器件置于内层,执行装置置于外层,可根据实际情况的需要确定是否进行折展;这种结构的设计,充分解决了在一些外界因素对机构的影响,使得机构更加具有灵活多变性。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the applications and demands of folding mechanism in aerospace,industry and daily life have become more and more complex and diversified.Considering the small occupied space and flexibility of folding,a circular folding mechanism is proposed.The design inspiration of the circular folding mechanism comes from the overall structure and blooming process of flowers.The inner and outer layer design is adopted,some control components are installed in the inner layer,while the actuator is placed in the outer layer,and whether to fold or not can be determined according to actual needs.This design fully eliminates the influence of some external factors and makes the mechanism more flexible.
