永磁电机直驱控制系统在带式输送机上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对带式输送机驱动系统在启动过程中稳定性差、负载变化大、功率不平衡的不足,提出了一种新的带式输送机永磁电机直驱控制系统,对该直驱控制系统结构布局、工作原理等进行了分析。实际应用结果表明,新的直驱控制系统能够有效解决输送机启动过程中功率不平衡及启动稳定性差的问题,同时将输送机运行时的能耗降低了约29%,对提升井下输送机的运输安全性和经济性具有十分重要的意义。 Aiming at the disadvantages of poor stability,large load change and unbalanced power in the starting process of belt conveyor drive system,a new permanent magnet motor direct drive control system for belt conveyor was proposed.This paper analyzed the structure layout and working principle of the direct drive control system.The practical application results show that the new direct drive control system can effectively solve the problems of power imbalance and poor starting stability in the starting process of the conveyor,and reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor by about 29%,which is of great significance to improve the transportation safety and economy of the underground conveyor.
