摘要
为研究复杂网络在质量管理中的应用,从质量管理工具与复杂网络结合的角度出发,构建PCB质量因素控制网络。利用复杂网络理论知识进行分析,结果表明:PCB质量因素控制网络近似服从幂律分布;确定了需要预防的关键质量因素;复杂网络可帮助企业建立零缺陷质量系统,减少质量缺陷的产生。复杂网络可作为质量管理的一种有效工具去解决实际生产活动中的质量管理问题,为质量改进和防控提供全新的研究视角,提高质量管理的效率及水平。
In order to study the application of complex network in quality management,we construct the PCB quality factors control network from the perspective of the combination of quality management tools and complex network.We analyze this network using knowledge of complex network theory.The results show that the PCB quality factors control network approximately obeys a power law distribution.we identify the key quality factors that need to be prevented from the PCB quality factors control network.The complex network can help companies establish a zero-defect quality system and reduce the occurrence of quality defects.Complex network can be used as an effective tool for quality management to solve quality management problems in actual production activities and provide a new research perspective for quality improvement and prevention and control,and improve the efficiency and level of quality management.
