摘要
以葡萄糖碳源和乙二胺为掺杂剂通过一步水热法合成了氮掺杂荧光碳点。研究了水热反应温度、掺杂剂用量以及溶液pH对碳点荧光性能的影响。结果表明,在水热反应温度180℃下反应5 h,掺杂剂用量为370μL的条件下合成的碳点有最高的荧光量子产率(31%)以及较好的光稳定性。此外,基于Hg2+对碳点荧光的猝灭作用构建了一种检测Hg2+的新方法。在优化的条件下,Hg2+浓度在1.60×l0^(-5)~2.40×l0^(-4)mol·L-1范围内与碳点的荧光猝灭程度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为8.0×10-6 mol·L-1。实验方法可用于实验室废水样品中Hg2+的测定。
The nitrogen-doped fluorescent carbon dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method with glucose as carbon source and ethylenediamine as dopants.The effects of hydrothermal reaction temperature,dopant amount,and solution pH on carbon dot fluorescence properties were investigated.The results show that the carbon dot exhibited maximum fluorescence quantum yield of 31%when it was prepared under conditions of the hydrothermal reaction temperature at 180°C and the dopant amount was used in 370μl.In addition,a new method for determination of Hg2+was established based on the signification quenching effect of Hg2+on fluorescence intensity of carbon dots.The concentration of Hg2+in the range of 1.60×l0^(-5)~2.40×l0^(-4)mol·L-1 showed good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching extent of carbon dots,and the detection limit was 8.0×10-6 mol·L-1.The method has been successfully used for the determination of Hg2+in laboratory wastewater samples.
