摘要
针对目前智能变电站中继电保护设备的状态评估过于简单和主观等情况,无法准确评估继电保护设备的状态,为使保护设备状态评估能更准确地反映装置运行状态,提供更系统、全面的信息,构建了继电保护设备状态评价体系。基于智能变电站二次系统架构,提出了一种将云模型与可变模糊综合评估方法相结合的继电保护设备状态评估方法。通过对继电保护状态指标评价等级界限“云化”,以数字特征的云模型实现描述评估等级边界的模糊性和随机性,可变模糊综合评估方法用于确定继电保护设备的风险等级,得到综合评价结果。通过实例对该方法的准确性进行验证。结果表明,该方法可以较好地评估智能变电站中继电保护装置风险,为保护系统评估方法的发展提供了一定的参考。
In view of the current situation that the state evaluation of relay protection equipment in intelligent substation is too simple and subjective to accurately evaluate the state of relay protection equipment,in order to make the state evaluation of protection equipment more accurately reflect the operation state of the device and provide more systematic and comprehensive information,a relay protection equipment state evaluation system is constructed.Based on the secondary system architecture of intelligent substation,a relay protection equipment status evaluation method combining cloud model and variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.By"clouding"the evaluation level boundary of relay protection status index,the fuzziness and randomness of evaluation level boundary are described by digital feature cloud model,the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the risk level of relay protection equipment,and the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained.The accuracy of the method is verified by an example.The results show that this method can better evaluate the risk of relay protection devices in intelligent substation,and provides a certain reference for the development of protection system evaluation method.
