摘要
本文针对高氯废水中低浓度COD水样,采用重铬酸盐法(HJ828-2017),实验表明:当HgSO4与Cl-质量比为50:1以上时,掩蔽效果较佳,该方法检出限为1.35mg/L,相对标准偏差在2.1%-8.6%之间,相对误差在-2.5%-6.8%之间。此外,采用氯离子校正法(GB/T 31195-2014),通过绘制标准曲线进行校正,实验表明当氯离子浓度小于3000mg/L时,相对标准偏差在0.2%-1.0%之间,相对误差在-0.3%-3.7%之间。本文提供了两种测定方法,测定结果均能符合质量控制要求,能为实际污染废水测定提供一定的借鉴意义。
In order to eliminate the interference of chlorine ion in high chlorine wasterwater,the effect of the amount of mercury sulfate on the masking effect of chlorine ion on the determination of CODcr was studied.The results show that when the HgSO4:Cl-is above 50:1,the detection limit of the method is 1.35 mg/L,all achieve an idea masking effect.Besides,the equivalent chemical oxygen demand(COD)was determined by chlorine ion calibration method(HJ828-2017),and the standard curve of CODCl-was made.The total COD of water sample was measured,and the actual COD of effluent was obtained by subtracting the COD from the theory of chlorine ion.It shows that the method is accurate and reliable.This paper provides two kinds of determination methods,the determination results can meet the quality requirements,and can provide some reference for the actual determination of polluted wastewater.
