摘要
采用碱溶液作为提取剂,以氯化镁和磷酸盐缓冲溶液作为抑制剂提取土壤和沉积物中的六价铬,通过连续光源原子吸收分光光度法进行定量测定。结果表明:此方法灵敏度较高,精密度、准确度及方法检出限满足标准HJ1082-2019的质控要求,在一定的质量浓度范围内,线性回归方程的相关系数达0.999以上。实际样品加标回收率范围在82.0%~92.0%之间。
Alkali solution was used as extraction agent,and magnesium chloride and phosphate buffer solution were used as inhibitors to extract hexavalent chromium from soil and sediment.Finally,hexavalent chromium was quantitatively determined by continuous light source atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that this method has high sensitivity.The precision,accuracy and detection limit meet the quality control requirements of standard HJ1082-2019.The linear correlation coefficient can reach 0.999 within a certain concentration.The recovery rate of actual samples was between 82.0%~92.0%.
