摘要
将废弃玉米秸秆、葵花籽皮、花生壳通过改性与神府地区低变质粉煤复合成型制备型煤,并经高温热解制备型焦,通过热重分析、SEM分析与性能强度分析等研究改性生物质型煤、型焦的热解性能、微观形貌、性能强度等。结果表明,粒度为3~1.5 mm粉煤与改性生物质粘结剂之间的作用力最强,所得2.5%NaOH改性玉米秸秆型煤的抗压强度约为4000 N/个,2.0%NaOH改性葵花籽皮型煤和2.5%NaOH改性花生壳型煤的抗压强度约为3000 N/个,跌落强度达50%以上,达到工业用型煤的标准;粉煤粒度在3~0.425 mm范围内,制备的型焦的抗压强度、跌落强度与机械强度均较高;选择粒度为3~1.5 mm粉煤与生物质成型炭化最佳。形成了较完善的粉煤成型理论体系,为指导煤加工和转化利用技术提供了理论依据。
We prepared briquette from modified waste corn straw,sunflower seed skin,and peanut shell with low metamorphic pulverized coal in Shenfu area,and then prepared formed coke by high temperature pyrolysis.Moreover,we studied the pyrolysis performance,microstructure,and performance strength of the modified biomass briquette and formed coke by means of thermogravimetric analysis,SEM analysis,and performance strength analysis.The results show that the force between 3-1.5 mm pulverized coal and modified biomass binder is the strongest,the compressive strength of the prepared 2.5%NaOH modified corn straw briquette is about 4000 N/unit,the compressive strength of the prepared 2.0%NaOH modified sunflower seed skin briquette and 2.5%NaOH modified peanut shell briquette are about 3000 N/unit,and the falling strength is more than 50%,which meet the standard of industrial briquette.When the particle size of the pulverized coal is in the range of 3-0.425 mm,the compressive strength,falling strength,and mechanical strength of the prepared formed coke are higher.Using 3-1.5 mm pulverized coal and modified biomass for carbonization has been the best choice.A perfect theoretical system of pulverized coal forming has been formed,which provides a theoretical basis for guiding coal processing and transformation and utilization technology.
