山里红果皮红色素的提取、稳定性检测及其应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 运用超声辅助碱液法提取山里红果皮中的红色素,采用单因素及正交实验进行工艺优化;并对其稳定性进行研究;最后利用提取的色素制作口红。结果表明:(1)红色素的最佳提取的工艺条件为:超声功率为440 W,超声时间为20 min,料液比为1∶9,NaOH浓度为3.5%;(2)山里红色素的化学性质实验表明:该色素为水溶性色素,在55℃酸性条件下稳定性较强;其最大吸收波长为520 nm;(3)利用提取的色素及其他植物原料制作出水润保湿、色泽亮丽、纯天然、健康安全的口红成品。 The red pigment of jujube skin from mountain red peel are extracted by ultrasonic wave in this paper.Single factor and orthogonal experiment are used to optimize the process.And its stability is studied.Finally,the extracted pigment is used to make lipstick.The results show that(1)the extraction optimal parameters are the ultrasonic power of 440 W,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶9,ultrasonic time of 20 mins,and NaOH concentration of 3.5%.(2)The strong absorption peak is 520 nm.It is stable under acidic condition of 55℃.(3)The pigment extracted and other plant materials are used to make the lipstick product which is moisturizing with water,bright color,pure natural,healthy and safe.
