摘要
近年来,BIM技术在国内发展迅速,在工程建设领域应用越来越成熟;同时,EPC工程总承包管理模式的应用也越来越广泛;两者相结合的管理模式将是工程建设行业发展的一大趋势。以潞城全民健身中心项目为研究对象,详细阐述项目实施过程中BIM技术在EPC工程总承包项目中的实践应用。
In recent years,BIM technology has developed rapidly in China,and its application in the field of engineering construction has become more and more mature.At the same time,the EPC project general contracting management mode is also more and more widely used.The management mode combining the two will be a major trend in the development of the construction industry.Taking Lucheng National Fitness Center project as the research object,this paper expounds the practical application of BIM in EPC general contracting project in the process of project implementation.
