基于滚轮式伸缩的被动激光跟踪测量系统搭建及其误差分析与补偿 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种基于滚轮式伸缩的被动激光跟踪测量系统,称为滚轮式被动激光跟踪测量系统,其伸缩部件采用滚轮配合双滑杆的方式实现径向伸缩运动,工作时伸缩部件末端的标准钢球通过磁力吸附于被测目标上,被动跟踪被测目标从而测量目标点空间位置。为了使其精度满足要求,全面分析了其主要误差项,基于多体系统误差理论进行误差建模,并分步对误差模型参数进行标定:采用“双镜法”测量转台两旋转轴的不垂直度和离轴量,利用高精度线性模组测量光轴与转台两旋转轴的离轴量和不垂直度,最后进行误差补偿,并进行补偿前后空间定位精度验证。验证结果表明,在测量范围内,沿线性模组竖直方向空间定位精度由585μm提高到149μm,水平方向空间定位精度由686μm提高到152μm。 This paper presents a retractable passive laser tracking system.The retractable part adopts a roller and double slide bars to realize radial stretching out and drawing back.When working,the standard steel ball at the end of the retractable part is attached to the measuring target by magnetic force,and the target is passively tracked to measure its spatial position.In order to make the system meet the accuracy requirements,the main error items are comprehensively analyzed,error modeling is carried out based on multi-body system error theory,and the error model parameters are calibrated step by step:the double mirror method is used to measure the non-perpendicularity and off-axis of the two rotating shafts of the turntable,the high-precision linear module is used to measure the off-axis and non-perpendicularity of the optical axis and the two rotating shafts of the turntable,then error compensation is performed,and the spatial positioning accuracy is verified.The verification results show that,within the measurement range,the spatial positioning error of the linear module in the vertical direction is reduced from 585μm to 149μm,and the spatial positioning error in the horizontal direction is reduced from 686μm to 152μm.
