摘要
案例教学是资产评估专业硕士培养中重要的教学环节,但案例质量及教学实践效果均有待改善。针对资产评估高层次专业人才的培养需求,在资产评估专业硕士课程教学中建议运用综合性教学案例,使学生可以结合丰富的背景知识强化对具体评估实践的理解和反思。对综合性教学案例的内涵、特征及类型进行了解释,给出了教学活动设计建议并结合教学实践阐述了具体综合性案例的应用情况。
Case teaching is an important teaching phase in the development of Master of Valuation(MV).However,the case quality and the effect of teaching practice should be improved.In light of the development needs of highlevel professional talents in valuation,comprehensive teaching cases are recommended in the teaching of MV.The students can combine rich background knowledge to strengthen their understanding and reflection on specific evaluation practices.The connotation,characteristics and types of comprehensive teaching cases are explained and teaching activity design suggestions are provided.Finally,the application of specific comprehensive cases is explained in combination with teaching practice.
