超声波辅助铃兰总强心苷提取工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用8种低毒溶剂并结合超声波提取铃兰中总强心苷,通过单因素实验优选出提取工艺中溶剂种类、料液比、超声提取时间、提取温度4个因素的最佳条件,并通过正交实验探究最佳提取条件。最终优化得到以80%乙醇作为提取溶剂,料液比1∶10、超声提取时间120min、提取温度70℃时总强心苷得率最高,为0.25%。 Eight kinds of low toxic solvents combined with ultrasonic wave were used to extract total cardiac glycosides from Convallaria keiskei Miq..The optimum extraction conditions of solvent type,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized by single factor experiment,and the optimum extraction conditions were explored by orthogonal experiment.Finally,80%ethanol was used as extraction solvent,the optimal parameters of ultrasonic assisted were liquid to material ratio of 1∶10(1g∶10mL),ultrasonic time of 120min,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,the extracting rate of total cardiac glycosides was 0.25%.
