摘要
针对焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺中驰放气存在氢碳资源浪费的问题,以某年产20万t焦炉煤气制甲醇装置为背景,提出了一种新的优化工艺,利用膜分离回收驰放气中的H_(2)和CO_(2)用于甲醇合成,同时进料处补入CO_(2)调优氢碳比,解决碳不足的问题。利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对本工艺进行了模拟、分析、优化,计算结果表明:在不增加气体循环量的前提下,新工艺可实现甲醇年增产5.2万t;H_(2)的浪费减少1.1亿Nm^(3)·a^(-1),CO_(2)的排放减少604万Nm^(3)·a^(-1),CO_(2)和H_(2)基本可全部回收利用,有效解决了氢碳资源的浪费问题;CO_(2)和CO的单程转化率均提高,CO_(2)资源化利用3675万Nm^(3)·a^(-1),助力实现“碳中和”。
Aiming at the problem of waste of hydrogen and carbon resources in the purge gas from coke oven gas to methanol process,based on a 200,000 tons of coke oven gas to methanol plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons,a new optimized process is proposed,which uses membrane separation to recover the purge.The H_(2) and CO_(2) in the gas are used for methanol synthesis.At the same time,CO_(2) is added to the feed to adjust the hydrogen-carbon ratio and solve the problem of carbon deficiency.The Aspen Plus simulation software was used to simulate,analyze,and optimize the process.The calculation results showed that the new process can achieve an increase of 52,000 tons of methanol per year without increasing the gas circulation;the waste of H_(2) can be reduced by 110 million Nm^(3)·a^(-1),CO_(2) emissions are reduced by 6.04 million Nm^(3)·a^(-1),CO_(2) and H_(2) can basically be recycled,which effectively solves the problem of waste of hydrogen and carbon resources;the one-way conversion rate of CO_(2) and CO is improved,and the utilization of CO_(2) resources is 36.75 million Nm^(3)·a^(-1),which helps Achieve“carbon neutrality”.
