摘要
基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2016年微观数据,运用逻辑回归与倾向得分匹配法,分析子女照料父母的行为与负担对子女照料者健康福利的影响。研究发现:子女的健康福利与照料父母行为无直接相关性,仅与照料父母负担有关;两者之间的关系并不是简单的线性关系,仅照料父亲或母亲的子女的健康福利受损严重,同时照料父母的子女的健康福利损失则不明显。建议:转变现有的老龄政策设计理念,兼顾家庭照料者福利;建立家庭照料者社区支持体系;鼓励子代家庭成员共同分担家庭照料责任,重视父母之间的相互照料。
Based on the micro-data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)(2016),this paper used logistic regression and propensity score matching(PSM)to analyze the impact of adult children’s caring for their parents as well as the consequent burden on their health wellbeing.It is found that the wellbeing is not directly related to the caregiving behavior,but only to the burden.The relationship between the two is not simple linear.The health wellbeing of adult children who only care for their father or mother is seriously damaged,while the wellbeing loss of those who take care of both parents is not obvious.We then put forward the following recommendations.Firstly,changing the current concept of aging policy formulation,and give consideration to the welfare and wellbeing of family caregivers.Secondly,establishing a community support system for family caregivers.Thirdly,encouraging adult children’s family members to share the responsibility of caregiving and emphasizing mutual care between parents.
