老年人步速和握力与不良健康结局关系的研究进展 被引量:9

Research progress on the relationship between grip strength,gait speed and adverse health outcomes in the elderly

摘要 我国已进入老龄化社会,老年人健康问题日益突出,衰老与肌肉质量和力量的减少及功能衰退有关,步速和握力作为简单有效的评价肌肉强度和力量的方法被越来越多的临床工作者所重视.国内外研究表明,步速和握力是老年人失能、跌倒、全因死亡、心血管疾病等不良健康结局的重要预测因子,但两者的界值尚无统一标准,探讨步速和握力与不良健康结局的关系有助于优化老年人健康管理. Since China has entered into an aging society,the health of the elderly is becoming a pivotal issue.Aging is associated with a loss of muscle mass:ind strength.resulting funclional dccline.As simple and useful tools for evaluating muscle st re nglh and physical performance,gaii speed and grip st re nglh have been increasingly valued by clinicians.Some studies have shown that they are iniporlanl predictors of adverse outcomes in the elderly,such as disability,falls,all-causc denlh and cardiovascular disease.However,lhere is no general agreement on their cut off values.Exploring the relati on ship between parameters and adverse health outcomes will help achieve optimal management of elderly health.
