高效薄层色谱法比较辽东楤木不同部位成分 被引量:1

Comparison of Components in Different Parts of Aralia Elata by High-efficiency Thin-layer Chromatography

摘要 采用薄层色谱法结合Image J、Get Data Graph Digitizer及Origin软件分析技术,分析比较辽东楤木叶、根皮、根皮内部、茎皮、茎皮内部中皂苷成分种类及含量差别,以进一步了解辽东楤木不同部位药用价值是否相近。结果表明,辽东楤木叶中分离出15种成分,根皮、茎皮、根内质部、茎内质部都分离出种类相同的18种成分。与对照品对照,主要成分以皂苷为主。叶与其它部位之间成分种类及含量都有较大的差别,相似度小,相关系数均小于0.7;根皮、茎皮、根皮内质、茎皮内质之间除个别成分含量差别较大外,在成分种类和绝大多数成分含量上相似程度很大,相关系数均大于0.9。根据成分推测,叶部的药用功能可能与根、茎部有所不同;根、茎部的药用功能应该相似。皮内质部成分种类与皮部相似度很大,因此皮内质部应与皮部一样应充分利用起来,不应被抛弃。 In order to determine whether the medicinal value of different parts of Aralia elata are similar,the differences in the quantity and content of saponins in leaves,root bark,tissues in the inner root bark,stem bark and tissues in the stem bark of Aralia elata are compared by high performance thin layer chromatography and software analysis technology such as Image J,Get Data Graph Digitizer and Origin software.The results show that 15 components are separated from leaves,18 components are separated from the root bark,the same as from stem bark,tissues in the inner root bark and tissues in the stem bark.Compared with the reference substance,the extracted components are mainly saponins.There is a great difference in component and content between leaves and other parts.The similarity is small and the correlation coefficient is less than 0.7.Except for the superior difference in the content of individual components between root bark,stem bark,tissues in the inner root bark or tissues in the stem bark,there is a great degree of similarity between the composition types and the content of most components,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9.So the medicinal function of leaf may be different from that of root and stem,and the medicinal functions of roots and stems should be similar.The components in Tissues in the inner bark are similar to the components in bark.The interior bark should be used as well as the bark and should not be abandoned.
