三种外生菌根真菌对沙地樟子松幼苗生长的影响 被引量:5

Effects of three ectomycorrhizal fungi on growth of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings

摘要 沙地樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)是典型的外生菌根依赖型树种,外生菌根真菌在其生长过程中发挥着重要作用。为揭示褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus luteus,Sl)、点柄乳牛肝菌(S.granulatus,Sg)和口蘑属真菌(Tricholoma sp.,Ts)3种重要外生菌根真菌对沙地樟子松幼苗生长的影响,以3种外生菌根真菌侵染的沙地樟子松幼苗为研究对象,未侵染为对照组,开展室内盆栽实验测量幼苗植株和根系生长量。研究结果表明:1)Sl处理组单株生物量、基径、根尖总数、总根长、总根表面面积、根系活力最高,且显著高于Ts处理组和对照组(P<0.05)。2)Sg对幼苗生长的促进作用与同属Sl相似,但植株和根系生长量低于Sl处理组,且无显著差异(P>0.05);Sg处理组单株生物量、根尖总数、总根表面面积、总根长均显著高于CK处理组(P<0.05)。3)Ts处理组幼苗株高最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);垂直根长最长,但与其他实验组不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。3种外生菌根真菌侵染沙地樟子松幼苗后,有利于促进幼苗植株和根系生长,但不同外生菌根真菌对幼苗生长的影响存在差异。研究成果可为深入了解外生菌根真菌生态功能和沙地樟子松菌根化造林技术研发提供理论依据。 As a typical ectomycorrhizal-dependent species,ectomycorrhizal fungi(EMF) play an important role in the growth of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica.To reveal the effects of three important EMF on the growth of P.sylvestris seedlings,namely Suillus luteus(Sl),S.granulatus(Sg) and Tricholoma sp.(Ts),the controlled experiments were conducted to determine the growth of plant and root using mycorrhized seedlings and referenced set(CK).The results indicated that:1) Sl set was the highest in biomass of single plant,basal diameter,total number of root tips,root length,root surface area and root activity,which were significantly higher than Ts and CK sets(P<0.05).2) As in the same genera,the functions of Sg were similar to Sl.Although the plant and root growth of Sg set were lower than Sl set,there were no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Moreover,Sg set was significantly higher than CK in biomass of single plant,total number of root tips,root surface area and root length.(P<0.05).3) Ts set had the highest seedling height,which was significantly higher than CK(P<0.05).Meanwhile,although Ts set had the longest vertical root length,no significant difference occurred among the experimental sets(P>0.05).The infection substantially contributes to the plant and root growth of P.sylvestris seedlings with the distinguished efforts due to the different EMF.This improved information will provide a better understand of EMF’s ecological functions,and contribute to the exploration in afforestation technology using mycorrhizal seedlings.
