摘要
全球范围内,海洋经济的重要地位日益凸显,具有巨大的增长潜力,受到各国的重视。海洋金融是发展海洋经济和实现海洋战略的重要支撑。本文回顾和梳理了美国、英国、日本、挪威等沿海国家发展海洋金融的做法,分析了国外发展海洋金融的经验与启示。在此基础上,结合中国海洋事业的发展现状和薄弱环节,提出了发展我国海洋金融事业的建议。
Globally,the important position of marine economy is becoming increasingly prominent,marine economy has great growth potential and attracted the attention of many countries.Marine finance is an important support for the development of marine economy and the realization of marine strategy.This paper reviews and combs the practices of developing marine finance in some coastal countries such as the United States,Britain,Japan and Norway,and analyzes the experience and enlightenment of developing marine finance abroad.On this basis,combined with the current situation and weakness of the development of China’s marine industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of China’s marine finance.
