摘要
为了解决机载设备在高湿、盐雾和真菌等海洋气候环境下长期使用易被破坏,且采用抗腐蚀设计不仅工艺结构复杂,极大地增加制造成本,还不利于机载设备后续维护等问题,提出对设备壳体进行整体密封设计,以保证设备内部与外界环境隔开,同时优化选用具有良好弹性及耐腐蚀性能优异的橡胶或液态密封剂作为密封材料。该结构设计具有结构简洁、易于维修、电磁屏蔽好和壳体散热好等方面的特点,可为复杂环境体系下机载设备壳体密封设计提供技术支撑。
In order to solve the problems of airborne equipment in high humidity,salt spray and fungus and other marine climatic environment for long-term use is easy to cause damage,and the use of anti—corrosion design is not only complex process structure,greatly increase the manufacturing cost,but also unfavorable to the subsequent maintenance of airborne equipment,etc.,proposed to use the overall sealing design of the equipment shell to ensure that the internal equipment and the external environment isolated;at the same time optimize the selection of good elasticity and corrosion resistance At the same time,the rubber or liquid sealant with good elasticity and corrosion resistance is selected as the sealing material.The structure design has the characteristics of simple structure,easy maintenance,good electromagnetic shielding and good heat dissipation of the shell,which can provide technical support for the design of airborne equipment shell sealing in complex environment system.
