本体感觉训练联合踝关节功能训练对踝关节骨折术后康复影响 被引量:1

Effect of proprioception training combined with ankle joint function training on postoperative rehabilitation of ankle joint fractures

摘要 目的分析本体感觉训练联合踝关节功能训练对踝关节骨折术后患者踝关节疼痛程度及踝关节功能影响。方法选取2018-01-01-2019-09-30本院骨科收治的97例踝关节骨折内固定术后患者为研究对象,采用组间基线资料匹配的方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予踝关节功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上增加本体感觉训练,对比2组患者疼痛程度、踝关节活动度和踝关节功能。结果训练后观察组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(3.01±0.34)分,低于对照组的(4.13±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义,t=12.195,P<0.001。训练>3个月对照组伸、屈、旋前和旋后活动度低于观察组,均P<0.001;观察组负重时外翻和负重时内翻活动度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.001。训练6个月,观察组美国足与踝关节协会踝与后足功能评分(AOFAS-AHS)为(79.88±10.26)分,高于对照组的(72.37±9.56)分,差异有统计学意义,t=3.729,P<0.001;日常生活能力(ADL)评分为(72.46±7.59)分,高于对照组的(65.34±6.37)分,差异有统计学意义,t=4.999,P<0.001;Baird-JackSon踝关节功能评分为(87.57±6.15)分,高于对照组的(80.23±4.68)分,差异有统计学意义,t=6.604,P<0.001。结论本体感觉训练联合踝关节功能训练可以降低踝关节术后患者疼痛程度,有效促进踝关节功能恢复。 Objective To analyze the effect of proprioception training combined with ankle joint function training on the degree of ankle joint pain and ankle joint function in patients with ankle joint fracture surgery.Methods A total of 97 patients undergoing internal fixation for ankle fractures who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics from January1,2018 to September 30,2019 were selected as the research objects.The baseline data matching method between the groups was used to divide them into observation group and control group.The control group was given ankle joint function training,and the observation group was given proprioceptive training on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,ankle range of motion and ankle joint function of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the visual analogue score(VAS)of the observation group was(3.01±0.34)points,which was lower than the(4.13±0.54)points of the control group.The difference was statistically significant,t=12.195,P<0.001.Training over 3 months,the extension,flexion,pronation and supination activities of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,all P<0.001.The observation group’s activities of eversion during weight-bearing and inversion during weight-bearing were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,all P<0.001.After 6 months of training,the American Foot and Ankle Association’s Ankle and Hindfoot Function Score(AOFAS-AHS)in the observation group was(79.88±10.26)points,which was higher than the control group’s(72.37±9.56)points,and the difference was statistically significant,t=3.729,P<0.001.The ability of daily living(ADL)score was(72.46±7.59)points,higher than the control group’s(65.34±6.37)points,the difference was statistically significant,t=4.999,P<0.001.The Baird-JackSon’s ankle function score was(87.57±6.15)points,which was higher than the control group’s(80.23±4.68)points,the difference was statistically significant,t=6.604,P<0.001.Conclusion Proprioception training combined with ankle joint function training can reduce the pain of patients after ankle joint surgery and effectively promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
