摘要 核电厂蒸汽发生器(SG)二次侧水压试验是系统调试过程中的重要里程碑节点,目的是检验SG系统及其相连管道的密封性,以及检验管线部件的承压强度,是机组后续调试试验开展的基础。使用西门子S7-1500 PLC作为控制器、亚控KingView作为上位机监控软件进行二次开发,完成该水压试验装置控制系统的设计。根据工艺流程,设计了可编程逻辑控制器控制系统程序,实现了SG二次侧水压试验的升温、升压、保压、卸压工作。相较于市场上现有的系统,所设计的系统具有升压和降压自动控制功能,可降低操作人员的工作强度。近30个SG二次侧水压试验应用结果表明,该控制系统操作简单、运行可靠,所有试验均一次成功。该研究可为大容积、高承压的压力容器受压形变测试提供精确、连续的对比数据。 The secondary hydraulic test of steam generator(SG)in nuclear power plant is an important milestone in the process of system commissioning.The purpose is to test the tightness of SG system and the connected pipes,and to test the pressure strength of pipeline components.It is the basis for the subsequent commissioning test of the unit.Using Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the controller,Wellintech KingView as the upper computer monitoring software for secondary development,the design of the hydraulic test device control system is completed.According to the process flow,the control system program for programmable logic controller is designed to realize the work of heating up,boosting pressure,maintaining pressure and relieving pressure of SG secondary side hydraulic test.Compared with existing systems on the market,the designed system has automatic control functions of boost and buck,reducing the work intensity of the operator.The results of nearly 30 SG secondary side hydraulic tests show that the control system is easy and reliable to operate,and all tests are successful in one time.This study can provide accurate and continuous comparison data for the compression deformation test of large volume and high pressure vessels.
