摘要
目的探讨多西他赛联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶腹腔灌注治疗胃癌晚期的临床疗效。方法将120例胃癌晚期患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组采用顺铂、氟尿嘧啶腹腔灌注治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用多西他赛治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为63.33%,明显高于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的CEA、CA19-9水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的CEA、CA19-9水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率(10.00%vs.16.67%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论多西他赛联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶腹腔灌注治疗胃癌晚期的疗效显著,可有效降低患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平,且未明显增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of docetaxel combined with cisplatin and fluorouracil intraperitoneal infusion in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 120 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cisplatin and fluorouracil intraperitoneal infusion,and the study group was treated with docetaxel on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,serum tumor marker levels before and after treatment and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 63.33%,significantly higher than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the CEA and CA19-9 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CEA and CA19-9 levels of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(10.00%vs.16.67%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Docetaxel combined with cisplatin and fluorouracil intraperitoneal infusion has significant effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,which can effectively reduce the serum tumor marker levels of patients without significant increase of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
