大型机场空侧生活配套高品质装配式模块化建筑技术创新与应用——以首都机场管制塔台生活配套集成房屋项目为例 被引量:4

摘要 由于机场环境和工作的特殊性,机场内部的配套服务设施建设需满足建设周期短、舒适性高、通勤便捷等基本要求,现有设施难以满足机场塔台管制员等工作人员倒班休息等生活需求。针对此问题,以打造高品质、高舒适、低能耗和可快速建造的装配式模块化建筑为目标,以首都机场管制塔台生活配套集成房屋项目为典型案例,开展了隔音与吸声相结合且兼具保温隔热的高性能围护结构、双膛断桥铝夹胶中空钢化玻璃窗及密封安装技术等被动式技术,VRV多联机系统辅以石墨烯碳纳米电热膜采暖系统、新风热回收系统等主动式技术,光伏建筑一体化与固定式和移动式储能结合技术、太阳能热水等可再生能源利用技术集成应用与工程示范。示范项目运行情况良好,为新机场建设及既有机场配套建筑的优化改造提供了借鉴。 Due to the particularity of the airport environment and work,the construction of supporting facilities inside the airport needs to meet the basic requirements of short construction period,high comfort and convenient commuting.The existing facilities are difficult to meet the daily needs of airport tower controllers and other staff.In view of this problem,aiming at creating high quality,high comfort,low energy consumption and rapid construction modular building,taking capital airport control tower living supporting integrated house project as an example,passive technologies such as high performance building envelope with sound insulation and sound absorption,double chamber broken bridge aluminum sandwich hollow toughened glass window and sealing installation technology,active technologies such as VRV air-conditioning system supplemented by graphene carbon nano electric heating film,fresh air heat exchanger,and renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaic building integration combined with fixed and mobile energy storage technology are integrated and demonstrated in engineering.The operation of the demonstration project is good,which provides a reference for the construction of the new airport and the optimization and reconstruction of the existing airport supporting buildings.
