摘要 基于南京一中江北校区(高中部)绿色校园建设实践经验,以传统校园建设与运营过程中产生的问题为导向,以绿色建造理念为抓手,校园建设策划阶段明确绿色校园建设指标体系作为绿色校园建设统领性文件;设计阶段以空间布局、绿色能源、生态环境、海绵设计、健康设计、智慧系统、人文设计七大系统为重点开展工作;绿色施工阶段创新应用针对校园建筑的系列装配式施工技术,绿色运营重点体现智慧运营和教育推广,为绿色校园建设从策划、设计、施工、运营校园建设全寿命期构建了可借鉴、可参考的技术集成应用体系,使得绿色校园建设有章可循,对推动各地中学绿色校园的发展具有重要现实意义。 Based on the practical experience of green campus construction in the Nanjing No.1 Middle School Jiangbei campus(high school area),guided by the problems arising from the construction and operation of the campus,with the concept of green construction as the starting point,in the planning stage of campus construction,the green campus construction index system is specified as a green campus construction leading documents;the design phase focuses on seven systems,including space layout,green energy,ecological environment,sponge design,health design,smart system,and humanistic design;a series of prefabricated construction technologies are applied innovatively in the green construction phase;green operation focuses on smart operation and education promotion.Technology integration application system that can be used for the whole life cycle of planning,design,construction,and operation of the green campus.So that it has very important realistic meanings to promote the development of green campus in schools domestically.
