Antibiotic-induced acute kidney injury(AKI)refers to new kidney damage or aggravation of existing kidney disease after the use of antibacterial drugs. With the continuous increase of new antibacterial drugs and their wide clinical application,antibiotic-induced AKI has an increasing trend and serious consequences, which should be paid great attention to.This review focuses on the progress of epidemiology, pathogenesis, risk factors, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of antibiotic-induced AKI,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
