摘要
结晶是一种重要的分离精制方法,具有产品纯度高、能耗低、操作条件温和等优势,在药物提纯中发挥着重要作用。结晶过程涉及复杂的晶体成核与生长过程,并受众多因素的影响。本文以此为出发点,主要综述了搅拌及添加晶种技术对结晶产品的晶型、粒度及粒度分布等方面的影响。
Crystallization is an important separation and purification method,which has the advantages of high product purity,low energy consumption,and mild operating conditions.It plays an important role in drug purification.The crystallization process involves complex crystal nucleation and growth mechanisms,which are affected by many factors.The article mainly reviews the effects of stirring and seeding technology on the crystal form,particle size and particle size distribution of the crystalline product.
