摘要
金融学国家一流专业学生创新能力提升研究是国内外高等院校与金融机构普遍关心的重要话题。专业知识全面及时的掌握、实践教学的加强和改进、创新能力的动力和源泉等都对创新能力的形成具有重要的影响。金融学国家一流专业学生创新能力提升的问题主要是,金融学专业知识跟不上创新的步伐,从理论知识走向创新桥梁的实践教学流于形式,创新的动力不足导致创新能力有待提升。适应创新发展的需要,全面及时掌握金融学专业的基本知识与技能,广泛开展各种实践教学创新活动,全程开展多元化的金融学创新实践竞赛,可以提升金融学国家一流专业学生创新能力。
The Research on improving the innovation ability of national first-class students majoring in finance is an important topic of common concern in colleges and financial institutions at home and abroad.The comprehensive and timely mastery of professional knowledge,the strengthening and improvement of practical teaching,and the power and source of innovation ability all have an important impact on the formation of innovation ability.The main problem of improving the innovation ability of national first-class students majoring in finance is that the professional knowledge of finance can not keep up with the pace of innovation,the practical teaching of the bridge from theoretical knowledge to innovation is a mere formality,and the lack of innovation power leads to the need to improve the innovation ability.To meet the needs of innovation and development,we should master the basic knowledge and skills of finance in a comprehensive and timely manner,widely carry out various practical teaching and innovation activities,and implement diversified competitions of financial innovation practice in the whole process so as to improve the innovation ability of national first-class students majoring in finance.
