摘要
本文基于国家对食品开展标准化管理的前提,探索食品标准化的含义和作用,分析当前食品质量管理存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的保障措施。
Based on the premise of national food standardization management,this paper explores the meaning and function of food standardization,analyzes the problems existing in the current food quality management,and puts forward targeted safeguard measures.
